Eat Baked / Roasted Potatoes, Roasted meat, Roasted mutton, Roasted chicken, Oatmeal, Oranges, Apples, Pasta, Grapes, Popcorn, Barn Cereal, Spinach, beans, Carrot (raw), cucumber (raw) in any combination you want to. You can also have 6 bread slices or 3 rotis or 3 chapaties with sabzi and 100 gms rice with curry only two times a day strictly. Eat Gaur gum, Fenugreek, Ajwain, Black Cumin, Onion seeds, ginger, honey, cumin, cardamom, fennel seeds regularly you can create your own variety as per what you like. Don't eat anything that is harmful for your body or is well known to be harmful to the body.
Get out of the bed at 4 am. Take a nap from 6 am to 8 am. Take a nap 2pm to 3pm if possible. Take a nap from 8pm to 10pm. Get out of bed at 10pm and go to sleep at 1 am. Make it a schedule. It will seem tough in the beginning but eventually it will become a habit. Sleep on the floor, on a mat or on thermal cloth. Make it a habit to sleep on your back.
Drink a glass of lemon juice with salt (without sugar) before every meal, before anything that you eat. After you wake up and before you go to sleep drink one glass of water. Drink Green Tea, Ginger tea with lemon any time you want to. Drink on spoon of honey before every meal if affordable and possible, just before the glass of lemon juice. Don't drink any harmful drinks or drinks that are known to be harmful. Don't smoke either.
Every time you get up from your bed and every time you go to bed relieve yourself, in the squatting position, strictly. If it is difficult for you because of your weight. Keep something like wooden block under your feet so that you get into the squatting position.
6) PRAY ALONE AWAY FROM YOUR HOME.
Never perform your prayers in your house walk to your place of worship atleast 3 times in a day and say your prayers over there. If your place of worship is located very far away find a place away from your house where you can pray alone. Go there and pray atleast 3 times a day.
7) SPEND YOUR TIME CREATIVELY
Whenever you have time, read a book instead of watching TV. Chat with your neighbors, spend time with your family, do some chores of the house. Don't sit idle. Take a book and write whatever comes to your mind. Just write. In the beginning read more write less but eventually write more and read less.
8) CLEANSE YOUR STOMACH AND COLON EVERYDAY.
Cleanse your stomach and colon everyday with which ever mild product you are comfortable with. Use natural products as far as possible. Such a product that can be taken on a daily basis. Do this in monthly cycles. Use it for one month. Take a break for 15 days to 1 month. Then again use it for one month. Keep on increasing the break period as per your comfort levels.
Have a bath everyday and spend more time in water. If you have a bathtub nothing like it. Else pour water your body and keep it wet for some time. Ideally spend 30 min in water or being wet. If possible have bath 3 times in a day as it is comfortable for you.
During the day do fasting (go without food) for as long as you can. Control you urge to eat. Begin with 1 hour and take it to 8 hours, if possible whole day, rather 12 hours max. Not a second more than that.
If you follow these 10 steps you will soon be seeing a new you without the bulges you used to hate. Remember this is not a schedule for life. Use this schedule till you get your desired look. The maximum period you should use this schedule is 11 months after that you have to get into your normal routine for atleast 1 month then if you wish you can continue this schedule again till you get your desired result.
